Helena is a qualified yoga teacher and has created this new and exciting class which fuses aspects of yoga and barre. Barre is a style of body conditioning. It is a low impact workout that fires up muscles in the body without putting stress on the joints, meaning it is great for injury recovery and also for prevention of injuries. You will feel muscles you didn’t know existed and you will feel stronger with each class *Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and zoom compatible device before booking this class
