Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that will strengthen both the body and the mind. It's a full body workout, where we will build core strength, increase flexibility and enhance coordination. The class requires no equipment other than a mat or towel. Pilates takes the time to focus on how each individual works. There are always options to make the exercises easier or more challenging. Over a period of time you will feel the difference in your posture, in any other form of exercise that you do, and for the dancers out there, you will notice the improvement in the strength of your movement.
