Service Description

Gavin Eden’s “Contemporary Jazz Technique” is a free spirited class with invigorating soundscapes featuring grooves, some soul, some throwbacks and the kitchen sink. This is an intermediate level class with technical exercises inspired by Cunningham and Matt Mattox techniques. A basic understanding of classical positions is necessary as the relatively simple bottom half will be expanded upon with upper body madness. We end the class with a “Gavin Style” combination which can be anything from a quiet sensual number feeling the echo of a touch to a full on cheese fest with references to cheerleading.
